My experimental lab produced a Roden sniper rifle. After I claimed it It is not anywhere in my inventory. This does not make me happy. Anyone else experienced this?

I don't know if it's a residual visual effect after a scanner scans a player but a red chevron will appear stationary as if an invisible (not shimmer cloaked) player is standing there. No player just a hovering chevron.
